Which products and experiences can be offered?
Both guests and locals can book various types of products and experiences through just one shopping basket. Ski tickets, ski lessons, ski hire or events and experiences – there is something for everyone!
Customers can upload an existing ski pass online. The data is forwarded directly to the ski system. A new ski pass will be waiting for them at their chosen pick-up point in resort.
Customer Booking Process
The customer selects their ski passes by specifying the type of ticket, the date and the number of people. Next, they personalize the passes by providing information such as their names and dates of birth. The products are then put into the shopping basket. By clicking on “Proceed to Checkout”, the customer is forwarded to the payment process and completes the transaction by entering their payment details. The customer receives a confirmation of booking including a voucher via e-mail or in their user account. Using this voucher, they can pick-up their ski passes quickly and easily in resort.
